Maureen Chadwick is the creator and writer of a wide range of award-winning, critically acclaimed and controversial shows for both television and theatre, including single plays, primetime drama series, stage plays and musicals.

She was one of the co-founders and creative directors of Shed Productions, writing and producing a new wave of entertaining and hard-hitting television drama series, notably Bad Girls, Footballers’ Wives and Waterloo Road. 

Previous television credits include Angels, EastEnders, Coronation Street and BBC Screen One single dramas Watch with Mother and Two Golden Balls.

Previous theatre credits include Joséphine (at BAC and on national tour), Dust (BAC), Bad Girls: The Musical (at West Yorkshire Playhouse and in the West End), The Speed Twins (Riverside Studios) and The Realness (Hackney Downs Studios).

Joesph Chaikin (1935–2003) was an American theatre director, playwright and champion of actor-led theatre.

Shamia Chalabi is a London-based writer and actress working in theatre and TV.

Her semi-autobiographical play, Burkas and Bacon Butties, based on some of her personal experiences growing up in London and Wigan, was first performed at part of the 2018 VAULT Festival, London. It was later developed as a new play, Habibti Driver, premiered at the Octagon Theatre, Bolton, in 2022.

Colin Chambers, a former journalist and theatre critic, was literary manager of the RSC from 1981-1997. His many books include the award-winning Peggy, the authorised biography of play agent Peggy Ramsay.

Janys Chambers is a writer, director, dramaturg, performer and theatremaker.

Katherine Chandler is an award-winning writer working in theatre, film and television.

Her plays include: Lose Yourself (Sherman Theatre, Cardiff, 2019); Thick as Thieves (Clean Break & Theatr Clwyd, 2018); Bird (Sherman Cymru, Cardiff, and Royal Exchange, Manchester, 2016); and Before It Rains (Bristol Old Vic, 2012).

She was awarded the inaugural Wales Drama Award by the BBC and National Theatre Wales and won the Judges' Award in the 2013 Bruntwood Prize for Playwriting with Bird. She also won the Writers Guild Playwright Award at the 2013 Theatre Critics of Wales Awards.

Anupama Chandrasekhar is a Chennai-based playwright. Her plays include: The Father and the Assassin (National Theatre, London, 2022); When the Crows Visit (Kiln Theatre, London, 2019); Disconnect (Royal Court Theatre, London, 2010); and Free Outgoing (Royal Court, 2007; shortlisted for the Charles Wintour Award for Most Promising Playwright, the Susan Smith Blackburn Prize and the John Whiting Award).

Mark Channon is a trainer and coach in Memory and High Performance, working with a wide range of clients, from CEOs, presenters and students, to doctors, lawyers and actors. He became one of the world's first Grand Masters of Memory at the 1995 World Memory Championships. In 2019, he appeared as the on-air Memory Coach for Channel 4's Can I Improve My Memory?

He trained as an actor at Arts Educational Schools, London, and has worked in the West End, on national tours, throughout the UK, at the National Theatre and on television. Throughout his various careers in coaching, product leadership and consulting, acting has always remained a passion. Over recent years, Mark has worked with hundreds of actors in workshops on the act of learning lines, honing the strategies introduced in his book, Learning Your Lines: The Compact Guide.
